Terms & Conditions

The rules that govern your use of the TryVue plugin, subscription and customer portal. Please read them carefully.

Last updated: August 20, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing or using the TryVue plugin, creating an account, or accessing the TryVue customer portal, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not install or use the plugin.

2. What TryVue is

TryVue is a WordPress plugin that extends WooCommerce with AI-powered features: a Virtual Try-On Studio, an AI Product Studio and an AI Shopping Assistant. Some features require an active subscription and available generation credits. The plugin connects to TryVue-hosted infrastructure to perform AI generation, entitlement checks and credit metering.

3. License grant and restrictions

Subject to these terms and your active subscription, TryVue grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the plugin on the WooCommerce site associated with your account. You may not:
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the plugin;
  • Resell, sublicense, redistribute or bundle the plugin without written permission;
  • Use the plugin to violate any law or infringe any third-party right;
  • Circumvent license checks, credit limits or security controls;
  • Use the plugin to generate unlawful, harmful, hateful or sexually explicit content.

4. Accounts and portal access

You create and manage your account through the customer portal. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. License keys are bound to the site URL; moving a key to a new domain requires email confirmation.

5. Subscriptions, credits and payments

  • Plans. Starter is free forever. Growth and Scale are paid subscriptions billed according to the pricing shown at checkout.
  • Credits. AI generations consume credits. Credit costs are displayed before you spend them. Unused credits may expire according to the plan terms shown in the portal.
  • Customer credits. Merchants on eligible plans can sell credit packages to their own shoppers through ordinary WooCommerce products. TryVue is not a party to those transactions.
  • BYOK. Bring Your Own Key lets you connect your own fal.ai key. You remain responsible for that account, its billing and compliance with fal.ai's terms.
  • Refunds. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Credits that have already been consumed cannot be refunded.

6. Acceptable use

You may use TryVue only for lawful purposes and in compliance with WooCommerce, WordPress and all applicable laws. You may not:
  • Upload or generate content that infringes intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights;
  • Abuse the service through excessive automated requests or attempts to bypass limits;
  • Use shopper data obtained through the plugin for unrelated marketing without proper consent;
  • Interfere with the security, availability or integrity of the TryVue platform.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

7. Intellectual property

TryVue owns all rights in the plugin, its code, trademarks and platform. You own the product images and catalog data in your WooCommerce store. You also own the AI Product Studio outputs that are imported into your WordPress Media Library, subject to your compliance with these terms and any third-party model-provider restrictions.

8. Data and privacy

Your use of TryVue is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for obtaining any required consents from shoppers, complying with GDPR, CCPA or other applicable privacy laws, and for the content you upload.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

TryVue is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that every generation will be perfect, suitable for your use, or free from errors. AI output may vary. It is your responsibility to review and approve merchant-side content before publishing it.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TryVue and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of the plugin. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to TryVue in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using TryVue and uninstall the plugin at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, fail to pay when due, or if continued provision would violate law. On termination, your license ends and the plugin will deactivate. Your WordPress Media Library files remain under your control.

12. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms as the plugin and business evolve. Material changes will be posted here and, where appropriate, notified through the customer portal. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Bucharest, Romania, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
