On Growth and Scale, a store can meter, gift or sell try-on credits to its own customers, entirely inside WooCommerce. Credit packages are ordinary products — the customer pays through your checkout, with your payment provider, and you keep 100% of the money.

Under the hood it is an append-only ledger in its own table. Spending runs inside a row-locking transaction, grants are idempotent, and a failed generation refunds the exact amount, exactly once. Delete the plugin and the ledger survives — customers paid for those credits.
