The modules

Three AI products, presented in full.

Nothing here is aspirational. Every capability below maps to a feature that ships in the plugin and is enforced end to end by the platform.

01Customer-facing

Virtual Try-On Studio

A shopper uploads one photo and sees your products on themselves, or inside their own room. Three niches ship today, each with its own AI prompt pipeline tuned for that category.

tryvue — virtual try-on studio
Fashion, home decor and accessories — one studio, three tuned pipelines.

The three niches

  • Fashion & Clothing — garments worn by the shopper in their own photograph, with correct drape, fit and lighting.
  • Home Decor & Furniture — furniture placed into a photo of the shopper's actual room, either replacing what is there or furnishing an empty space. The shopper chooses.
  • Accessories & Jewelry — bags, watches, glasses, hats, necklaces and rings at the correct anatomical position, with physically plausible highlights and contact shadows.

What the shopper can do

  • Upload a JPG, PNG or WEBP up to 6 MB — camera or gallery, desktop or mobile.
  • Search the whole catalog, filter by category, sort and page through results without leaving the studio.
  • Select up to nine products for a single generation (plan-driven).
  • Choose which product image goes to the AI — featured shot, flat-lay or any gallery image.
  • Configure variations per product, with unavailable combinations blocked before generation.
  • On fashion, describe a setting in a few words — “in Paris by the Eiffel Tower”.
  • Download the result, or add products to the cart server-side with no page reload.

Guardrails

  • Products from different niches cannot be mixed; the studio explains why and offers to switch.
  • A forged request cannot inject a scene prompt, unlock a niche, exceed the product cap or point the AI at foreign media.
  • Shopper-facing errors are calm and human — raw upstream failures never reach a browser.

Where it appears

  • A popup on the product page, before or after Add to cart.
  • Anywhere you like via the [tryvue_button] shortcode.
  • A standalone full-screen page at a URL you choose, with your logo, headline and subtitle — a real indexable page, not an iframe.
02Merchant-facing

AI Product Studio

The inverse of try-on: give it one product photo, get back a publish-ready photoshoot — reviewed by you before anything reaches the storefront. Two new tabs turn a written brief into finished artwork, straight in your WordPress Media Library.

tryvue — ai product studio
Bulk mode runs the same job across many products with a live batch board.

Set up the shoot

  • Pick a product by name, SKU or category — one search box covers all three.
  • Choose which of the product's existing images the AI starts from.
  • Optionally supply a human-model reference and a background reference from your own media library.
  • Pick a category template, a style preset — studio, lifestyle, ecommerce or editorial — and an aspect ratio (1:1, 4:5, 3:4, 2:3, 9:16, 16:9, 3:2, 4:3 or auto).
  • Add a short scene description, then generate several photos in a single job.

When you approve a photo

  • It is downloaded from TryVue storage and verified to actually be an image.
  • Re-encoded as an optimised JPEG (quality 85, longest edge capped at 2560px).
  • Imported into your own media library and attached to the product, tagged as AI-generated.
  • Promote it to main image — the old featured image is demoted into the gallery, never lost — or append it.
  • Optionally remove the original source photo once the new one is safely in place.

Banners & Graphics

  • Describe the promo, add your own product photos from your device or Media Library, and get a finished banner in seconds.
  • Ready-made presets for shop heroes, category headers, email strips, Instagram posts and Stories.
  • Lock your brand colours so every banner stays on-brand.
  • Saves straight to WordPress, ready for any page builder, theme or block.

Logo (SVG)

  • Generate a real vector logo, not an image of one — the output is a genuine SVG with editable paths.
  • Eight design directions: minimal mark, flat, line art, monogram, emblem, mascot, gradient, app icon.
  • Your brand palette, true transparency, and automatic cropping to the artwork so it fills the header cleanly.
  • Open it afterwards in Illustrator, Figma or Inkscape and change anything you want.
03Customer-facing

AI Shopping Assistant

A storefront chat that answers questions using your catalog and never invents a product.

tryvue — ai shopping assistant
Grounded on a synced snapshot of your published products — drafts can never surface.

What it knows

  • Numeric prices, sale prices and real discount percentages; price ranges for variable products.
  • Stock status and quantity, SKU, brand, tags, categories, ratings, review counts, sales volume and featured status.
  • The real variant matrix — the size/colour combinations that actually exist and are purchasable.
  • It replies in the language the shopper writes in, defaulting to your store locale.

The store brain

  • During onboarding you answer a short set of questions — what you sell, your tone, your audience, shipping and returns, your USPs, your policies, your greeting, and anything the assistant must never say.
  • AI search vocabulary: TryVue proposes synonyms built from your own catalog, each proven against a real search and labelled with how many products it unlocks.
  • AI Vision (optional): a shopper uploads a photo of a room, an outfit or a garden and gets real products back. Switchable off independently.

Who sees it, and how much

  • Placement: every page, shop pages only, product pages only, a hand-picked list, or nowhere.
  • Corner: bottom-left or bottom-right.
  • Audience: open to everyone, open with a sign-in invitation, sign-in required before sending, or hidden from guests — all four enforced on the server.
  • Daily limits per guest IP and per registered account, claimed atomically and refunded if the upstream call fails.
04Optional · Growth & Scale

Customer Credits — your own try-on economy

Meter, gift or sell try-on credits to your own customers, entirely inside WooCommerce. Customers get a “My Try-On Credits” tab in My Account with their balance, a one-click credit-pack grid and a full transaction history.

Free & unlimited

Every visitor tries on without limit.

Metered

Each try-on costs credits from the shopper's balance.

Welcome bonus

Credits granted the moment an account is created.

Order reward

Credits granted for every completed order.

Free allowance

A credit floor topped up once, or every N days.

Credit packages

Ordinary WooCommerce products. Your checkout, your provider, 100% of the money.

The ledger

An append-only table where every grant, spend and refund is a row. Spending runs inside a row-locking transaction, so two simultaneous try-ons can never overspend a balance. Grants are idempotent — a duplicated order webhook cannot double-credit. A failed generation returns the exact amount, exactly once. And if the plugin is ever deleted, the ledger table is deliberately preserved: customers paid for those credits, and that is your data.
